Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Notification of cancellation by email received by us 21 days before the commencement of the course – a full refund will be given.
Notification of cancellation by email received by us between 20 days and 7 days before the commencement of the course – a refund of 50% of the total course price will be given.
Notification of cancellation by email received by us 6 days or less before the commencement of the course – no refund will be given.
If you are providing a substituted delegate, details should be received by us at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the course.
If you fail to attend the course and have not given any prior notification, no refund will be given and no substituted delegate will be accepted.
No refund will be given to any delegate once onboarded to an online course.
Where circumstances dictate, PDA reserves the right to alter published courses, trainers or venues without prior notice. In the event of a course being cancelled by PDA, a full refund will be given.
