“Part One – Having retired from the Police over 6 years ago and not been in the criminal detection arena since then this course has been a very good refresher for the offences and procedures that are required as well as learning a lot about the counter fraud arena. Peter delivers the training in a relaxed and easy pace and style that makes the learning a ‘natural’ experience seeming almost effortless. The tests are a good measure to assess how much you have actually learnt and it has been a very enjoyable process even when having to learn through Zoom and distancing. Thank you.

Part Three – I found this course to be very enjoyable and informative.  Although I have a policing background I found the PACE and PEACE inputs very useful as a refresher and update on changes such as Code E.  The style of the course is very relaxed but informative and supportive which helps to put students at ease.  I found the trainer’s knowledge very good and the use of practical examples useful.  I found the role actor to be very good and he clearly knew the background material and how to use it in great detail.  Overall, this module and the whole course has been very beneficial and informative so thank you for the knowledge you have shared and the very supportive manner in which you have run the course.”
