IUC – I found this exercise useful, the feedback was constructive, and I have already started to apply some of the techniques in my day-to-day role. The only thing to note is that the day is a long day for those that are interviewing in the afternoon, in the future it may work better if there were two separate interview rooms running alongside each other however, I appreciate that this may not be feasible.

Cross Examination – I really enjoyed this, whilst initially it was a nerve wracking experience I felt that it gave an idea of what to expect if a case goes to court, again the feedback element of this was great and delivered constructively.

I would just like to say it has been a pleasure doing this course with PDA, Malc, Andy and Pete have been fantastic, and I will certainly recommend this to colleagues in the future. It’s been a pleasure working with you throughout this course.
