IUC – The IUC was a great mock scenario as it felt realistic in nature.  The roleplaying was realistic.  Post interview, the feedback I received was professional and fair and will help me improve as a fraud assistant 

Cross Examination – Cross examination was/felt realistic in nature and was a great learning experience.  Post cross examination, again, I feel I have learned key skills to develop in my current role
